Clearance Required: Active Top Secret Clearance with SCI Eligibility

Anchorage Consultants is recruiting an experienced Systems Administrator / Information Assurance professional for an opportunity supporting highly classified Department of Defense programs in Dayton, Ohio. This role combines hands-on systems administration with information assurance responsibilities supporting Collateral, Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI), and Special Access Program (SAP) environments. Candidates must hold an active Active Top Secret Clearance with SCI Eligibility clearance and have prior experience working within a Special Access Program, including having been formally read into a SAP.

What You'll Do
• Administer and maintain Windows servers, workstations, file servers, firewalls, network access and security monitoring systems
• Configure, upgrade and troubleshoot hardware, software and networked systems
• Establish and maintain operational software configuration controls and system interfaces
• Support Risk Management Framework (RMF) and Assessment & Authorization (A&A) activities
• Prepare, review and maintain AIS accreditation and security documentation
• Identify system vulnerabilities and implement remediation and security countermeasures
• Perform AIS self-inspections and support system testing
• Administer user accounts, access permissions and system changes
• Support LAN/WAN technologies, network operations and data backup
• Perform COMSEC account and equipment management
• Provide VTC system administration, scheduling and configuration
• Maintain media control and accountability
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for users and classified systems
• Ensure systems and network nodes are operated and maintained in accordance with applicable DoD security policies

Required Qualifications
• 3–4 years of related IT, systems administration and/or information assurance experience
• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
• Experience with Windows Server and Windows operating system administration
• Working knowledge of LAN/WAN technologies, network infrastructure and data backup
• Experience with RMF, A&A, system security policies and vulnerability remediation
• Working knowledge of COMSEC integration and/or equipment management
• Ability to work effectively with DoD military, civilian and industry personnel
• Willingness to travel within the program's geographic area of responsibility as required
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds

Clearance & Certification Requirements
Candidates must possess:
• Active Active Top Secret Clearance with SCI Eligibility clearance at time of submission
• Prior hands-on Special Access Program (SAP) experience, including having been formally read into a SAP
• Ability to meet DoD 8570.01-M IAT Level II certification requirements within six months of hire
• Willingness to submit to a Counterintelligence Polygraph
