We are seeking an experienced Program Security Representative I to provide multi-discipline security support for Department of Defense Special Access Programs (SAPs). Prior hands-on Special Access Program (SAP) experience is required — candidates without previous SAP experience will not be considered. This position supports classified activities involving SAP, Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI), and collateral environments. The ideal candidate will have 5–7 years of relevant security experience supporting DoD, military, intelligence, or other highly classified government programs.

Key Responsibilities
• Provide day-to-day security support for SAP, SCI, and collateral programs
• Ensure compliance with NISPOM, DoD, ICD/DCID, JAFAN, and applicable SAP security policies
• Assist in developing and implementing procedures for safeguarding classified and sensitive information
• Conduct and document SAP facility compliance reviews, follow-up reviews, and facility close-outs
• Identify security vulnerabilities, threats, risks, and procedural deficiencies and recommend corrective actions
• Monitor and track corrective actions resulting from security and compliance reviews
• Support development, implementation, and training of Operations Security (OPSEC) programs
• Provide security assistance and oversight to contractor and subordinate facilities
• Conduct security briefings for government, military, civilian, and contractor personnel
• Ensure timely notification of significant security matters to program technical and management personnel
• Support inquiries involving the loss, compromise, or suspected compromise of classified or sensitive information
• Assist with preliminary inquiries, damage assessments, and related security documentation
• Coordinate with SAP security personnel on security education and awareness programs

Required Qualifications
• 5–7 years of relevant security experience
• Previous hands-on Special Access Program (SAP) experience – REQUIRED
• Experience supporting classified DoD, military, intelligence, SAP, or SCI environments
• Strong knowledge of NISPOM, ICD/DCID, JAFAN, and SAP security requirements
• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience; four additional years of relevant experience may substitute for the degree
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to effectively interact with DoD, military, civilian, and industry personnel
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Willingness to travel within the assigned Area of Responsibility (AOR), including air and ground transportation

Security Requirements
• Current Active Top Secret Clearance with SCI Eligibility – REQUIRED
• Previous SAP experience – REQUIRED
• Must be eligible for access to Special Access Programs
• Must be willing to submit to a Counterintelligence Polygraph
