Ed Broussard – Managing Director
Ed began his career in the Wireless Industry as one of the top sales performers in the DC Metro area for ATT and Verizon before moving on to a more lucrative position at General Electric as a Supplier Sales Manager. His clients during that period included Sunoco, Yale University, British Petroleum and The University of Pennsylvania where he developed an expertise in negotiating content licensing agreements for supplier data across a multitude of e-Procurement platforms. Following that, Ed took a position in the aviation industry as a Pre-Sales Consultant for Cordiem LLC; a partnership between 9 major airlines including British Airways, Air France and Swiss Air and 3international suppliers: BF Goodrich, UTC and Honeywell.
Next, Ed took a position at EED as a Regional Account Manager, selling conversion, hosting and forensics services to many of the AM Law100. And in 2006, Ed left EED to become the Director of Client Development, Legal Division for the Solomon Page Group, where he negotiated agreements for contract attorney placements and temporary legal services.
In 2007, he launched Anchorage Consultants; a client centric executive search firm initially geared toward servicing the legal technology community. As for 2009 and beyond, he is planning for a global expansion, which will extend into the biotech and pharmaceutical industries.
Sachi Sood – Recruiting & Marketing Manager
Sachi serves a dual role at Anchorage as both a recruiter and a marketing manager. She utilizes her expertise gained from year's of experience serving as a Chief Marketing Officer for RHN Network, an urban based cable channel launched in the 2004, to build brand awareness and develop a marketing strategy that will set Anchorage apart from other boutique firms. As a recruiter, she manages some of our largest accounts and works with both clients and candidates to make sure all the T's are crossed and all the I's are dotted, thus ensuring that Anchorage continues our standard of excellence. She is a graduate of the University of Maryland, College Park.
In her spare time, she also does wedding concept and design for her family's business.
Christina Kinzer - Public Relations / Finance Manager
Christina has a 7 year history in the Public Relations space, writing press releases and performing media management in both print and radio mediums at the last two companies where she was employed. Prior to Anchorage, she served as Associate Director of Acquisition Management at Burley & Associates, developing and implementing procedure and policy for both accounts receivable and accounts payable divisions. She also was in charge of all client retention efforts. In her role as Finance Manager for Anchorage, she developed and maintains the invoicing system and monitors all issues relating to cash flow.
